Artist's Comments
This is something completely new to me. I've never really tried anything like this before... people have mostly been my subject. I used designer's watercolour gouache, watercolours, black fineliner and coloured pencils. I used a 0.5 hb mechanical to draw on the design.
This wasn't planned at all, I was feeling kind of upset about something so I just got up and drew. This is very personal to me. The writing didn't come out very clear, as this is a photo (my scanner was cruely taken away from me  ). However, i think if you look at it full view it's better.I'm generally quiet happy with this, although I am aware there is a lot of room for improvement  My main goal was to express myself, and so that's what i did!   |

I often find i draw best when i'm upset about something and i want to get my feelings out.
I'm amazed how you fitted in so many details! And i love the effect of the colouring in the heart.
